Byfrow from Glaze is a ”To go” cup with a lid in stoneware with a white glaze, a nice brown top and a nice light brown lid. It is made in a slightly wider shape than the tall 180 ml cup, which gives it a more low and solid look in the hand.
The cup is made of stoneware with lava, which gives small beautiful spots in the white glaze. It makes the surface more vivid and gives each cup its own expression. The lid is made of 100% silicone and closes tightly so that the cup is ideal for coffee on the go, commuting and everyday use.
The cup is handmade in Portugal in natural ceramic stoneware and fired at 1400 °C, making it strong and durable. Each cup has its own glaze finish during firing, so no cups are exactly alike. This gives Byfrow a personal look with slight variations in colour, glaze and surface.
The ceramic retains the pure taste of the coffee and feels comfortable in the hand. The curved bottom is designed for a good coffee pour, and the cup keeps the coffee warm for approximately 45-60 minutes at a comfortable drinking temperature.
Byfrow is practical in everyday life and can be used in both dishwashers, microwaves and ovens. The lid is made of food grade silicone and is easy to clean. The icing is food safe and free of BPA, PFAS and phthalates.
