The art industry

KunstIndustrien’s vision is to continue developing products with a focus on sustainability and high quality craftsmanship. At the same time, we are continuously working on adding new product ranges and concepts to their portfolio.

Throughout the years, quality was crucial for the family and experiments with light-mass, wicks and casting techniques have been conducted to reach the unique wax altar candles. The wax candles are the company’s signature product.

The lights gradually became more and more popular and about 10 years after the start in Bredgade, wholesale trade was established.

Over the years, a number of other products have been added, including through-coloured dipped candles, candlesticks, hurricanes, accessories for candles, the Living by Heart brand and much more. Part of the products is the Art Industry’s own design, which means that you won’t find them anywhere else.

Today, the art industry is owned by entrepreneurs Britta and Steen Frost.
