Marie Retpen is a renowned artist and glassblower, known for her beautiful melt vases and curly vases, which come in a sea of amazing colors and patterns. Her work ranges from unique everyday objects to sculptural installations, and she is committed to maintaining the soft and malleable character of the glass in the final works.

Through time, Marie has developed her own shaping techniques to achieve variation in the expression of individual products. All products are blown by herself and are made in smaller productions, making each item unique.

Marie Retpen graduated from Kosta Glass School in Småland and the Royal College of Art in London. Her works have been exhibited in galleries and museums all over the world, from Copenhagen to New York. Her ability to create both practical and artistic works has made her a respected figure in the art world.
