Types and variations – what can you choose?

These figures combine a decorative expression with narrative: a coffee lady with cup that frames coziness; a yoga lady in lotus position that exudes calm; or a cat figure with character. They work great in small groups on a wall or together with posters and photos.

Rainbow suspension
Our rainbows come in four different sizes, so you can vary across the wall – small rainbows as discreet decorations or large ones as eye-catchers. Each rainbow is handmade and the colours can vary slightly, which underlines their unique character.

Bath umbrellas, flowers and reliefs
These motif suspensions create a more sculptural dimension – especially reliefs can have shadow effects and texture on the wall. They can be placed either alone or in small groups.

Signs and quotation plates
If you want something with a message, our ceramic signs with quotes or symbols can serve as personal statement decorations.

Materials, engineering and durability

When choosing ceramics for wall mounting, it is important to understand the materials and techniques that make the difference:

• Ceramics are made by burning clay, which makes the material robust and durable.

• High-burning stoneware can often withstand moisture and temperature influences, making it suitable for hanging in rooms where there may be little moisture.

• Glazes and finishes are essential: A good glaze protects against dust and wear, while providing color and surface texture.

• The suspension joint (holes, rings, strings) should be firmly integrated, so that the wall decoration fits securely on the wall without damaging the ceramics.

How to use ceramic wall mounting – styling & placement

Gallery-built walls (gallery walls)
Ceramic wall art can advantageously be integrated into a gallery wall: put small hangings between posters, frames and photos to provide depth and dimension. It breaks the monotony and adds 3D effects. For example, you can place a small rainbow or female figure between two posters for visual variation.

As an independent eye-catcher
A single, larger wall hanging can be enough to create peace – for example, a large rainbow or a facial relief as a central decoration on an empty wall. Some of our ceramic hangers – e.g. variants in Ø 16, 27 and 36 cm – function as such an independent eye-catcher.

In several heights and diagonals
Use suspensions at different heights and in diagonal patterns to create flow. Combinations of small and medium-sized pieces give the impression of organic movements.
