It is their colourful universe that has captured the interest – where you can play freely with both patterns and unexpected colour combinations. It all started during the coronavirus pandemic, when the home became the focal point of everything – and suddenly felt a little too neutral. With a sewing machine and a spontaneous idea, they started creating textiles that could light up the room. The first quilt, sewn on a hot summer day, was the start of a universe filled with colors, shapes and feel-good designs.
Today, Tarta Gelatina creates, among other things, towels, bath mats, textiles and interiors where their signature is clear: playful patterns, strong colour combinations and a relaxed, artistic approach. Their collections balance the graphic with the soft and invite you to make your home more personal.

Tarta Gelatina has created a range of towels, where colors and graphic expressions are at the core. Here are some of the models that stand out:

Wash and care for your towels
To preserve the softness and quality of the towel, it is recommended to wash it at max. 40°C with similar colours and preferably with a filled machine, as terry has the best of it. Avoid using rinse aid, as it may reduce the absorbency of the towel over time.
Please wash fabrics with zippers or buttons separately, as they can attach themselves to the loops. For smaller washes, a laundry bag might be a good idea.
The towel can be air-dried to keep the fibres intact, but can also be tumble dried at low temperatures to refresh the softness. Shake it before drying to maintain its airy structure.
If a loose thread should occur, it is recommended to cut it off with a pair of scissors instead of pulling on it – the loops are attached to the back and will not go up.
