That’s why Klippan always uses 100% natural materials, and the entire production – from raw wool to finished carpet – takes place in-house, ensuring full traceability and a remarkable quality.

The production unit is located in Klippan’s own factory in Riga, where wool is spun, dyed, woven and brushed with great care. Klippan continuously strives to optimise their environmental efforts. Among other things, they have reduced their energy consumption per plaid by over 50% in five years and use recycled plastic in their packaging. They choose natural and often organic materials wherever possible, and their carpets are currently produced from wool from around 300,000 sheep a year.
