Quench Cup – Tokyo Series from Studio Arhøj
The Quench Cup was introduced in March 2019 and is part of Studio Arhøj’s Tokyo tableware series. It is a porcelain cup without a handle, created with a focus on form, function and the great everyday experience. The cup is naturally placed in your hand and is easy to hold, whether it is used for hot or cold drinks.
The compact, slightly rounded shape makes the Quench Cup ideal as a coffee cup, tea cup or chocolate cup – but it also works perfectly for small snacks, soup or yogurt. It’s a cup you want to sit with in your hand while watching your favorite show, working at your desk, or enjoying a quiet morning.
The Quench Cup is hand-cast and glazed, and each cup is unique. Especially Studio Arhøj’s distinctive Slime glazes can vary in both color and expression, making each cup completely unique. Photographs are therefore indicative, and variations are a natural part of handmade ceramics and porcelain.

The cup is dishwasher-safe, but handwashing is recommended to keep the glaze surface and colours as long as possible.
