Pizza wheels from the French Sabre Paris Bistrot collection – designed to cut pizza cleanly and accurately without dragging the filling around.

The sharp stainless steel wheel slides easily through both thin and slightly more powerful pizza bottoms, so it’s quick to split the pizza into neat pieces directly on the board or plate. At the same time, it has the classic Bistrot look with visible rivets and colored handles, so it can easily lie on the table together with the rest of the cutlery.

The Bistrot series is inspired by the French cafés, restaurants and terraces, where the simple design language meets colours and classic materials. The pizza wheel is hand assembled in France.

Length: Approx. 21.1 cm
Material: AISI 304 stainless steel – cutting wheels made of AISI 420 stainless steel – PBT handle.
Dishwasher: Yes, max. 45°C

Sabre gives the total size to 8.3, which corresponds to approximately 21.1 cm. I can't find an official diameter on the pizza wheel itself in their size guide, so I won't guess.

When hand washing, it is recommended to avoid scouring sponges. If there are small marks on the steel, they can be removed with a soft cloth and possibly some white vinegar. On bright handles, prolonged contact with highly colored foods should be avoided.

Description
Create a restaurant atmosphere at home in your own dining room with Sabre's delicious "Bisto" series. The design is inspired by classic bistro style and is available in the most beautiful colors, so just choose your favourite colors! The delicious cutlery is produced in France. The designer is Pascale and he has since 1993 produced cutlery of different styles but with the common denominator that each series is produced in a myriad of colors. Pascale was the son of a jeweller family and at a very young age became absorbed in the art of setting up a nice table. He began producing cutlery with the desire to combine good craftsmanship and his sense of colours, materials and shapes. Today he runs the production with his wife Francis. Among other things, the couple broke with the conventions when they created the first cutlery in gingham design, and therefore brought what they associated with picnic cutlery into everyday use. They are also known for presenting their cutlery as if it were a bouquet of many colorful flowers.
