Art cup with handle “Sofie” – Ontario

Sofie is a ceramic cup with a handle, handmade by Herdis Warming from Nørrebro Keramik. The cup itself is called Sofie, and this icing is called Ontario. The icing has a red base with mint green, blue and brown. It is made of stoneware with lava, and this gives the surface a particularly vivid appearance. Especially the mint-green glaze gets really much playing, where it almost gets warm and golden in tone.
The colors flow together in the way that only happens with handmade ceramics. That’s why each cup has its own expression, and no two cups are exactly alike.
Ontario is a quiet little support for Canada – and a glaze with lots of colour, without making too much noise.
The cup is suitable for coffee or a slightly larger hot drink. The images are indicative, as the cups vary in color distribution, glaze and size.
When ordering, you do not choose a specific cup, but you can write wishes in the note field – for example, more mint green, more blue, more brown or more red. We try to accommodate requests, if possible, but cannot guarantee them.
Contains: Approx. 250 ml
Diameter: 78 cm – Height: 1011 cm

Description
Nørrebro Ceramics – artistic ceramics with character
At Remix by Sofie, we love Danish ceramicists, and we are therefore pleased to present Nørrebro Keramik, run by the ceramicist Herdis Warming. Her works are filled with charm, creativity and character, and her playful approach to glazes makes each cup feel like a small work of art.
Nørrebro Ceramics
Nørrebro Keramik was founded by Herdis Warming, an autodidact ceramicist based in a large workshop at Nørrebro. Here she experiments with glazes, colours and shapes – always with a focus on creating unique ceramic cups with a vibrant and personal expression.
Why do you find Nørrebro Ceramics with us?
At Remix by Sofie, we love to collect what’s special. When we discovered Nørrebro Ceramics, we were thrilled by the colourful cups and experimental glazes. It is precisely the type of Danish ceramic we are passionate about – functional design that at the same time brings charm, character and creativity into the home.
What can you find here?
Here you will find a selection of Nørrebro Keramik ceramic cups – each shaped and glazed by hand by Herdis Warming. No cup is the same, and this makes it possible to find the exact combination of colors and shapes that suit your style, or to create a collection where contrasts and charm go hand in hand.
