Cake tray – “Gustave”

The "Gustave" series from Sabre is stylish, elegant and traditional. The designer is called Pascale and he has since 1993 produced cutlery of different styles but with the common denominator that each series is produced in a myriad of colors. Pascale was the son of a jeweler's family and at a very young age became engrossed in the art of setting up a nice table. He began producing cutlery with the desire to combine good craftsmanship and his sense of colours, materials and shapes. Today he runs the production with his wife Francis. Among other things, the couple broke with the conventions when they created the first cutlery in gingham design, and therefore brought what they associated with picnic cutlery into everyday use. They are also known for presenting their cutlery as if it were a bouquet of many colorful flowers.
