Lineage animals – knitted letters in merino wool
At Linedyr you can put together your own words and names using our hand knitted letters in 100% merino wool. Use them to write a name, a loving message or something festive like “Happy Birthday” – the possibilities are many, and only your imagination sets the limits.
Each letter is about 12 cm high and varies naturally in width. They come in a variety of beautiful colours, which give a vibrant and personal expression. When you order a name or a word, we put it together in fine, mixed colours.
If you have a special wish for a colour theme – for example, delicate, bluish-green, reddish, girly, boyish or pang colours – you can write it in the comments section under order notes. We always do our best to accommodate your wishes, but as not all letters are available in all colours, variations may occur. Perfect as a personal decoration for the children's room, for birthdays or as a gift with care.

LINEDYR – Knitted stories in home accessories
In the back rooms of Højkant, the designer Line Dyrholm is the brain behind the brand Linedyr. Here in the workshop and design shop at Frederiksbjerg in Aarhus, knitted objects are shaped with personality, humour and crackling craftsmanship.
LINEDYR specialises in knitted home accessories – everything from lamps, vases and three-dimensional portraits of birds or figures to knitted letters, figures, vines and decorative details. Each product has its own little story and is created with care and a twinkle in the eye.
Line designed and founded Linedyr around 2008/2009, after she graduated from Design School Kolding in 2005. Many of the products are produced in Denmark – either in Højkant’s workshop or in collaboration with Knitkemester/Uldjyde Poul near Herning – to preserve quality, reduce transport and support knitting locally.
