SUITE702 – Martens & Martens guest towels 3 pieces
This set of three guest towels from the SUITE702 Martens & Martens collection combines artistic design with high quality. Each towel has a special colour scheme, with the front and back featuring different colours, creating a vibrant and dynamic look. The woven stripe design creates a graphic look that adds character and colour to the bathroom.
The collection is created in collaboration with the renowned Dutch artist and designer Karel Martens and is inspired by his art project “Colors on the Beach”, developed for the city of Le Havre. The project works with colorful stripes in different widths – inspired by the iconic beach houses along the coast – and this playful expression is reflected in the textiles in the collection.
The guest towels measure 30 50 cm and are available in a fixed combination of three towels. They are made from 100% organic combed cotton terry in a luxurious quality of 550 g/m2. The combed cotton gives the towels a dense and compact structure that feels extra soft against the skin while also having a high absorbency.
All fabrics from SUITE702 are produced in Europe and are GOTS certified, which ensures that both materials and production meet strict requirements for ecology, environmental considerations and responsible working conditions.
Wash the towel before use: the SUITE702 towels are woven in a dense and powerful quality of 550 GSM. Once the towel has been folded during transport and storage, the terry cloth loops can be pressed flat along the folds. It can cause the underlying weave or color from the back to temporarily become visible as a light stripe or unevenness. It's not a mistake in the weave.
After the first wash, the cotton fibers will open up and stand up again. The towel will become more voluminous and uniform, and the fold lines will usually disappear.
We always recommend washing the towel before first use. This applies not only because of any folds from packing and transport, but also because the sink helps the cotton fibers to open up and improves the towel's absorbency.

SUITE702 is an Amsterdam-based brand founded in 2018 by textile designer Shirley Muijrers and Olaf Arkauer. Together they share a passion for colour, quality and materials – and the desire to bring the feeling of a luxurious hotel suite into everyday life at home. The brand’s name is inspired by John Lennon and Yoko Ono’s famous “Bed-In for Peace” in 1969, which took place in Suite 702 at the Hilton Hotel in Amsterdam. The story symbolises peace, presence and breaks from a busy world – something the SUITE702 still strives to bring into modern homes. The philosophy is simple: log out a little more and leave room for peace, comfort and well-being.
