The Cat Lover from Archivist Gallery is a decorative matchbox in white, red and blue with a design that is suitable for anyone who loves cats. The colour combination gives the box a graphic look that fits well into a home with personality, colours and humour.
Archivist Gallery’s matchboxes are more than just practical matches. They are small design objects that can be placed next to the candles, on the coffee table, in the shelf or together with books and other decorative details.
The special feature of the Archivist Gallery is their traditional letterpress print. The motifs are produced on old-fashioned printing presses, where the print is pressed into the paper and creates a noticeable structure. This gives the boxes a distinctive surface and is part of the brand’s focus on craftsmanship and quality.
Cat Lover is an obvious gift for the cat owner or someone who just can’t get enough of cats. It works both as a small hostess gift, a calendar gift or as an extra item along with a scented candle or a candlestick.
The box contains approximately 125 matches and combines function, traditional printmaking and a decorative design.
Dimensions: 11 11 3 cm Content: Approx. 125 matches Material: FSC-certified paper with letterpress printing Packaging: Home compostable NatureFlexTM without traditional plastic

Description
Matches from the Archivist Gallery
Matches from the Archivist Gallery are far more than just something practical for lighting a candle. The iconic boxes are small design objects in themselves – created with beautiful illustrations, colorful typography and the special tactile feel that characterizes classic letterpress printing. Archivist Gallery is a British family-owned brand with a great love for paper, print and good craftsmanship. Their matchboxes are printed in the UK and made with a focus on both quality and aesthetics. The boxes are decorative enough to lie on the coffee table, next to the candles, in the bathroom, in the kitchen or together with beautiful coffee table books and design books. The large matches make it easy to light candles, block candles, scented candles, lanterns, fireplaces or bonfires – without burning your fingers. At the same time, the boxes are so beautiful that they also function as a small gift in themselves. Use them as a hostess gift, advent gift, calendar gift, almond gift or as a little extra along with a candle, soap, vase or other nice gift. It’s such an everyday item that you really always need – just in a much more beautiful version. At Remix by Sofie you will find Archivist Gallery matches in many different designs, colours and expressions. Some are graphic and humorous, others botanical, poetic or vintage-inspired – but common to them all is that they do something as simple as light a candle a little more special.
